Junior AI Developer

Part-time · Remote · Australia-based preferred

At Growth For Purpose, we build AI-powered products for the health, wellbeing, and children's space. We're looking for someone to get deep inside a live multi-agent AI pipeline — tracing what breaks, understanding why, and shipping things that work.

This isn't a theory role. You'll be working across the full stack on real systems: Anthropic's Claude API, fal.ai Flux image generation, Supabase, Inngest, and Next.js.

What you'll work on:

→ Frontend and backend development across live AI-powered products

→ Debugging multi-agent AI pipelines — reading traces, identifying failures, fixing root causes

→ Mobile / app development support as products expand to iOS

→ fal.ai / Flux Pro integration — img2img, inpainting, LoRA, API configuration

→ Supabase — storage, auth, RLS, data passthrough between agents

→ QA, systematic testing, and prompt engineering iterations

What we're looking for:

→ Comfortable across frontend and backend — React / Next.js, APIs, databases

→ App development experience or genuine appetite for it (iOS a plus)

→ Claude Code and vibe coding are part of your daily toolkit — not something you're curious about, something you already use

→ You've ideally already shipped something that works — a side project, a tool, anything real

→ Detail-oriented, systematic, low-ego, self-directed

→ You care about building something that actually matters

Australia-based is strongly preferred. If you're overseas but exceptional and cost-effective (must include projects you've worked on and real testimonials as part of the application) — we're still open to a conversation.
